Centre for Dance not only has some of the best dance classes in Dallas, but hosts some of the best programs outside of regular dance classes. Whether it’s music for tots, pro dance teams, yoga, zumba, Irish dancing, or boot camps, Centre for Dance has it all! For any and all programs listed below, you must contact the owner of that program directly for class reservations and costs. Please note these programs are not valid under the Centre for Dance tuition or Class Card plans.
North Texas Longhorn Dancers
Centre for Dance is the official dance studio sponsor for the North Texas Longhorn Dancers. The team is comprised of some of the top dancers in the area and they cheer for the TUFL North Texas Longhorns. Music Together
If you are looking for a music program for your infant or toddler, we highly recommend Music Together. Music Together is a research-based early childhood music and movement program for families with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ages 0 to 6 years old. The program includes parent-child classes with parent education and encouragement of parent role modeling. Music is learned through playful activities in mixed-aged classes and most importantly, classes are fun!

Hibernia School of Irish Dance

Zumba
Party yourself into shape! Zumba is a latin-inspired, easy to follow, calorie burning, dance fitness party. Feel the music and let loose.

Triple D Boot Camp

The creator of this class, Darren Clark, is one of the most uplifting and positive people we know. More importantly… he truly cares about you and helping you reach your goals. He and his team take the time to set up and design each class so that everyone, regardless of your fitness level, will have the perfect fitness experience, even if you’re just getting started.

Yoga
The type of Yoga Yael instructs focuses on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha Yoga uses bodily postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to make the spine supple and to promote circulation in all the organs, glands, and tissues. Hatha Yoga postures also strengthen and stretch muscles and align the body to promote balance and flexibility.
