Robbyn is a native of Fort Worth, TX and currently resides in Denton, TX. She studio trained for 15 years studying ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, lyrical, and modern. She is a graduate of Fossil Ridge High School in Keller, TX, where she was a Sun Dancer and served as an officer for 3 years. Her senior year the Sun Dancers received national champion honors at the national contest for MA Dance.
Robbyn began her undergraduate studies at Kilgore College, where she was a World Famous Kilgore College Rangerette. During her 2 years as a Rangerette, Robbyn had the opportunity to perform at the inauguration of President George W. Bush and on a Carnival cruise line as well as the annual Cotton Bowl Classic. At Kilgore, she was also a Swingster, as well as head Swingster. After receiving her Associate of Arts degree, she transferred to Texas Woman’s University and received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in dance. She studied under Mary Williford-Shade, Sarah Gamblin, and Jordan Fuchs and was able to perform at ACDFA, representing TWU for 2 years.
Robbyn has been working for Marching Auxiliaries for the last 7 years, teaching and choreographing for drill-teams and dance teams across the United States as well as judging contest in the spring.
Currently, Robbyn is dancing professionally as a Dallas Stars Ice Girl and is enjoying the opportunity to perform and numerous Stars games and various events in the DFW area.
