Shannon Reznick

Shannon Reznick is originally from Houston, Texas.  She attended Kingwood High School where she was a member and Colonel of the Kingwood Fillies Dance Team.  Shannon received numerous solo awards and titles, including Miss Dance Drill Team Texas and Marching Auxiliaries’ National Solo Champion.  She attended California State University, Long Beach, and served as Captain of the National Champion Long Beach State Dance Team. Shannon received a BFA in Dance from CSULB and was the recipient of the 2002 Dramatic Allied Arts Guild Scholarship. Shannon has been a member of the Marching Auxiliaries staff for 12 years, judging M.A. competitions, providing choreography, and teaching dance all across the United States. She was a kindergarten teacher in Newport Beach, California from 2004 to 2010. Shannon was a dancer for the NBA’s Los Angeles Clippers Spirit Dance Team for six years, which afforded her the opportunity to perform at their L.A. games and travel to Mexico, China, and Germany.  Choreography continues to be a strong focus for Shannon who has worked with the TCU Showgirls and Los Angeles Clippers Spirit as well as many other competitive teams and solo dancers. While in L.A., Shannon was also  a featured guest on the USA Network’s “Character Road Trip”.  Shannon is excited to be back home in Texas, where she continues to work as a dance teacher and choreographer.
