Danielle Solman was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She has been dancing for 22 years and been teaching dance for the past 10. Danielle graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington where she was a double major in education, Elementary Education and Special Education.
Danielle has been a part of The Centre for Dance family since her time on the studio's senior competition team in 2012. Danielle has trained in all styles of dance starting at the young age of 2. Dani’s love of dance began at Dallas Dance Academy where she was classically trained in ballet. Dani was also selected to take the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) examinations.
Furthermore, Dani participated in the American Ballet Performance awards. Dani was in the cast of Ben Stephansons production of The Nutcracker for 6 years.
Dani began her competition dance career at the age of 7 and lit up the stage ever since. She received numerous judges' awards, overall placements, scholarships and national titles at various dance competitions and conventions. Dani trained on various competitive teams around the DFW metroplex for over ten years and was also a member of the Drawbacks Youth Tap Ensemble. Danielle trained in musical theater and vocal performance ever since she was small all the way through senior year. In high school Danielle was the dance captain of the JJ Pearce Theater program along with the 3-year dance team member of the JJ Pearce Pacesetters.
Danielle has been the Company manager at The Centre since 2019. Dani has trained dancers who competed both regionally and nationally. Dani works with ages as young at 18 months all the way to high school seniors. Dani is proud to represent CFD again as an instructor, choreographer, and Company manager!
