Important dates & INformation
class photo Week
Monday, April 27th -- Thursday, April 30th in studio 3 at CFD
Class Photos will be taken at the studio during your dancers regularly scheduled class day and time. Classes that meet on Friday and Saturday will receive a time during the week for photos.
SHOWCASE
Sunday, June 7th at Irving Arts Center Carpenter Hall -- 3333 North MacArthur Blvd Irving, TX 75062
Dancers need to arrive at the auditorium at least an hour before their show to check-in. House doors usually open 30min before show. Dancers WILL NOT be released until end of show.
Show times (shows typically last two hours)
Costumes​
Costumes are $115 per class due November 10th, 2025,or the day of enrollment for registrations after November 1st.​
CFD provides detailed costume instructions for each class which are available in your parent portal. Should there be any changes, we will notify each class via email and verbally during class.​
Please note: Your dancer will need to be in full costume (all pieces, plus hair and makeup) for both picture week (April 27th through 30th) and the showcase on June 1st.
EVERY DANCER/DANCE WILL HAVE THE SAME HAIR STYLE FOR SHOWCASE - LOW BUN, CENTER PART, & HAIR OUT OF FACE. View our hair and makeup tutorial here
Extra Details

We cannot release dancers until the show has ended. All staff are on deck to ensure the show runs smoothly, to ensure that all dancers are checked out smoothly and released to the correct personnel it's important to wait until the end of the show. We also feel it's important that the dancers performing at the end of the show have the same audience as the dancers performing at the beginning of the show so we can support all of our dancers in our community.

Programs and Shoutout Pages
Programs are full color keepsake booklets with our showcase theme, show details, dancers' names, and shoutout pages purchased by parents to celebrate their dancer. Programs will include all class photos!​
