Our Mission
On The Collective, it is our mission to cultivate technically proficient, artistic dancers who move with purpose and individuality. We inspire each dancer to pursue their highest potential with confidence, relentless drive, and a fierce commitment to growth—both as performers and as people.
Vision
On The Collective, we envision a team where technical excellence and artistry exist in harmony. We strive to develop dancers who are not only strong and skilled, but also confident, driven, and unapologetically individual. Through a culture of kindness, belonging, discipline, and fierce commitment, we aim to create a space where every dancer feels valued while shaping artists who lead with authenticity—both on stage and beyond.
Pathway
On The Collective, we envision a seamless pathway from the Petite Age through the Senior Age. We support dancers from ages 5-18 years old, training them to be technically sound and confident dancers and humans. Dancers will train in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary, and Improvisation techniques. We want to guide your dancers every step of the way-- whether they start young or join us later! We have a level and team for them. Each of our age brackets has levels 1-3 to support their growth each season. Our teams are Petite, Mini, Junior, and Teen.
