Chloe Nix
Chloe is from Waxahachie, Texas. Well versed in various forms of dancing, Chloe also has a love for animals, and other forms of artistic expression such as photography. Her love for dancing was obvious from her first dance classes as a four year old at Judy Pelusi’s Desoto Dance Academy.
Chloe has studied all forms of dance, but has shown a special interest in tap and hip hop. She’s danced competitively for many years and has been awarded scholarships from Monsters of Hip Hop, Break the Floor, and the Broadway Dance Center. Chloe was a member of the Drawbacks Youth Tap Ensemble, and is currently a member of Rhythmic Souls and Choreo Records Tap Ensemble. Chloe has studied with Keira Leverton, Lane Alexander, Buster Cooper, Barbary Duffy, Jason Janas, Tasha Lawson, and Barbara Phillips, among others. Chloe has performed at Dance for the Planet, at the Dallas City Arts Festival, and on Good Morning Texas.
We are thrilled to have Chloe at Centre for Dance, sharing her passion for tap with all our students, and as the Director of our competitive tap team, Centre Soles.
